“After driving trucks for 20 years, I wanted to try something new. I was hired in the shipyard as a welder, but realized that was not for me. I’ve been in ventilation ever since. I love what I do. I wouldn’t trade anything in the world for it. My kids are motivated by me. They see I’m a hard worker, and it makes them want to do something better with their lives.”
