“I had an opportunity to get in here out of high school and build a skill. I started as a welder. Now, as a shipfitter, we grind, cut, burn, sand – we are a versatile group. There’s something new every day. My high energy has made me the ‘little brother’ of the crew, but that’s cool. We look out for and protect each other.”
