“It was an honor and a privilege to serve as a participant in CVN 79’s sea trials. Typically, I support the software that’s used to design and build aircraft carriers and submarines. I’ve been in product lifecycle management for my whole career here. As a Master Shipbuilder, I encourage everyone to keep learning – there is plenty of stuff to learn. Spend some time in the shipyard. Most of my work is in the office, but there is some pretty incredible stuff going on inside the gates.”
