“I have a lot of family in the shipyard so I wanted to carry on the generational legacy. It’s a family thing for us. I want to inspire and help the new people out, keep the morale and motivation up while teaching them the importance of quality. Without paint, you get rust and other damage. Paint is extremely important to every hull because it is the preservation of the ship, but it also helps things look brand new.”
