The Women in Shipbuilding Enterprise (WiSE) employee resource group presented “WiSE Woman” awards to the following employees during the fourth quarter of 2022:

• Jamese Scales was honored in October for outstanding leadership.
• Bertha Ballard was honored in November for outstanding leadership.
• Shannon White was honored in December for employee engagement.
