Shipbuilders can park at various off-site parking areas and take a shuttle to Newport News Shipbuilding. Park-and-ride shuttles run continuously Monday through Friday during summer peak hours (4 to 7:30 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m.) and arrive every 10-15 minutes. Outside of peak hours, shuttles continue to loop to each parking area, however, they are less frequent. If a shuttle is required outside of peak hours, please call 757-846-7730 to arrange for transportation (wait times typically range from 20-25 minutes).
